Crystal Lotus was founded in 2021 by engineers who had spent years inside large Salesforce and platform programmes, and it is still run by them. Clients in the United States and India work with the architect who designed their solution for the life of the engagement.

Along the way we became a product company as well as a delivery one: managed packages on AppExchange, a migration accelerator for the CPQ to Revenue Cloud move, and a set of revenue operations consoles. The products are built by dedicated teams so client delivery never borrows from them, and the engineering standards flow both ways.
